United States Orders

We offer free economy shipping on orders over $300 within the contiguous United States. You can select your preferred shipping speed at checkout.

• Processing Time: Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 7 business days.

• Shipping Days: Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).

• Express Shipping: Orders placed with Next Day or 2-Day Shipping after 12 PM ET will ship the following business day.

International Orders

• Require 2 additional business days for processing.

• Where available, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so the price you see is your final total.

In-Store Pickup (NYC Store)

If your entire order is in stock at our Lower East Side store, in-store pickup will be available at checkout.

• Most pickup orders are ready within 24 hours.

• You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready.

• Please bring a photo ID that matches the billing information used for the order.

If your order is not picked up within 7 days of notification, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
